USER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

Nebule is a digital peer-to-peer and professional mentoring service platform that connects users through video conferencing technology for personal and professional development. Users may act as Guides, Seekers, or both.

2. ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY

User must be:

  1. 18 years or older.
  2. Capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update their profiles as needed. Users are verified through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

3. TYPES OF USERS

  1. Peers: General access.
  2. Professional Guides
    1. Expert Guides
    2. Elite Guides: Exclusive invite-only tier.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms are as per the Agreements. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Each Party is responsible for local tax compliance.

5. GUIDESHIP CONDUCT

Users agree to abide by the Ethics and Code of Conduct which are specified in Annexure 1.

6. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

  1. Users retain ownership of content shared.
  2. Nebule is granted a limited license to use content for marketing or platform improvement purposes, anonymized where applicable.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA

Nebule complies with all applicable data laws, including GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). User personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

You agree not to misuse other users' information or engage in unsolicited contact outside the platform.

8. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION

Nebule may suspend or delete any user account for:

  1. Breach of these terms
  2. Harmful conduct
  3. Repeated negative feedback
  4. Behavior of the users may strictly be monitored by Nebule and if found guilty, the account shall be permanently suspended.
  5. Consecutive strikes/report for misbehavior or any other negative feedback shall be Permanently blocked.
  6. Subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nebule is not responsible for:

  1. Outcomes of Guideship advice.
  2. Internet connectivity issues or third-party services.
  3. Emotional, financial, or personal losses due to mentoring sessions.

Maximum liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

10. INDEMNITY

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Nebule and Guides from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  1. Your misuse of the platform,
  2. Your breach of these Terms, or
  3. Content you share or publish.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the Laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration with the CCC-ICLP International ADR Center, Sri Lanka (IADRC) to be resolved through mediation in compliance with the IADRC Mediation Rules.

12. MODIFICATIONS

Nebule reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document contains the entire agreement and supersedes any prior oral or written communications.
